Terms and Privacy pages for your panel, and the Tebex mark in the footer

Players who sign in with Discord, link their game account or buy from your store are handing you data and sometimes money. They should be able to read the rules for that, and a server taking payments usually needs both documents anyway. Now they can live on the panel.

Writing them

Open Settings › Legal. Add a contact first, an email or your Discord invite. Then press Start from template on Terms of Service or Privacy Policy. The template fills in your server name and contact. It also adapts to your panel: sign-in with Discord, FiveM account linking, and a Purchases section when a Tebex store is connected.

Edit the text in place. A line starting with ## is a heading, a line starting with - is a list item. When it reads right, switch on Show on the panel and publish.

• the documents are published at /terms and /privacy on your panel's address
• the pages are public, even on a members-only panel, so players can read them before signing in
• the footer gets Terms and Privacy links, next to your own links

Whose text it is

The terms are between your server and your players, and you are responsible for them. Every published page opens with a line saying the server's owner wrote it and FivePanel only hosts the page. You cannot remove that line. The templates are a starting point, not legal advice, so read them and change what does not fit how you run the server.

The Tebex mark

When a Tebex store is connected, the footer shows a Payments by Tebex mark, so players know who takes their payment. The legal pages add a line saying Tebex handles checkout, billing support and refunds. The mark takes the footer's text colour, so it works on light and dark designs.
