Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FivePanel ("FivePanel", "we", "us"), including our website, the panel builder, the read-only agent, and any related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is operated by BOSS STUDIO SRL, a limited liability company incorporated in Romania on 26 March 2026, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2026020322003, unique registration code (CUI) 54360947, EUID ROONRC.J2026020322003. "FivePanel" is the trading name that company operates under.

FivePanel lets you build an admin panel for a game server from your own database. On the Free plan the panel runs on sample data. On paid plans, you may connect your own MongoDB or MySQL database through our open-source agent, which runs on infrastructure you control and connects outward to FivePanel; your database never opens an inbound port to us.

The agent is read-only by default. Write access to a collection is only ever enabled per collection, by you, from within the Service.

Your published panel is your content. That includes any terms of service, privacy policy or other notice you publish on it, whether you write it yourself or start from a template we provide: you are its author and the party responsible for it towards your players, and it is an agreement between you and them, not with FivePanel. We host that content as a service provider, do not review it before it is published, and our templates are not legal advice. Each such page on a panel states that it was written by the panel's owner. You may register with an email and password, or by continuing with Discord. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if higher, to create an account.

Free is free indefinitely and limited to sample data. Paid plans (Pro, Studio) are billed monthly or yearly in advance, in EUR, as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Monthly plans stop at the end of the current billing month; yearly plans run to the end of the paid year. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period unless required by law.

We may change plan prices or limits going forward; changes apply from your next billing cycle and we will tell you in advance.

You agree not to: use the Service to access data you are not authorized to access; attempt to disable, bypass or overload the read-only protections, authentication, or rate limits; resell or white-label the Service in a way not permitted by your plan; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate an account that violates this section, with notice where reasonably possible.

You own the data in your own database. FivePanel does not store your game/player data on our servers; query results pass through the agent connection to render your panel and are not persisted on our side. What we do store is your panel configuration (pages, widgets, roles) and, if you enable write actions, an audit log of the writes made through the Service.

When you confirm a collection mapping, structural metadata (collection names, field names, and types — never values) is sent to a model that proposes what each collection represents. See our Privacy Policy for details.

FivePanel and its logo, design and software (excluding the open-source agent, which is licensed separately, and excluding your own data and configuration) are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose while your account is active.

The Service relies on third parties to operate: Discord (optional login), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot and abuse protection on forms), Google Analytics (site usage analytics, only after you consent), and our hosting and database providers. The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for the accuracy of data in your own database, or for decisions your staff make based on your panel.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law, with notice where reasonably possible.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you by email or in the Service before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you different rights.
